Speaking of The Great British Bake Off, if you’re wanting to scratch up on your piping skills or are dreaming of making the perfect buttercream, why not try an IRL (we know!) baking masterclass.
Run Lily, a baker, store owner and author known for her recipes in book #BakeForSyria which raised for Unicef. This class teaches you the basics of cake decorating, achieving famous techniques from dripping caramel to ornate piping. And you get to take home a whole cake!

If you’re in need of a bit of arts & culture after a few weekends of Netflix binges, the Creative Folkstone Trienniel, running until November 2nd, is an exhibition of artworks by internationally acclaimed artists based around the small town. Inspired by the history of the town and it’s urban tales. Take a trip to the Kent coast and discover some stories.

Like us, you may be more of a rom-com fan rather than western, but we’re counting down the days until we can see The Harder They Fall. Scheduled to premiere at the BFI London Film Festival on October 6th, you’d be hard pressed to find another 2020 film with a more star studded cast then this one. With nation treasure Idris Elba as well as Lakeith Stanfield, Zazie Beetz and Regina King, it promises to be a must-see. Soon to be on Netflix.
