CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

If you would like to place an order to arrive before the 25th December 2024, please see our Christmas Order Deadlines page.

 

Can I return a Christmas gift?

Yes! Our returns period is extended over Christmas.

 

Orders placed from the 1st November 2024 can be returned up until the 31st January 2025. Please see all details for returns or exchanges below.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Our order deadlines may be subject to change and disruption to services is likely throughout November and December. We advise to order as early as possible to ensure that your gift reaches it's destination on time!
 
Orders placed after the last order dates may be dispatched when we return in January 2025. Our studio closes on Monday 23rd December 2024.
 
Please note, these deadlines are advised to us by the postal service and are not guaranteed.

What are my UK delivery options?

How Long will my delivery take?

UK delivery should take up to 6 business days after ordering. International deliveries can take significantly longer.

 

For made-to-order pieces, we advise the lead times on the product page.

Do you deliver for free?

Yes! We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £75 and free collection from our studio too.

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

You can select to collect your order from our studio at checkout.

 

We aim to have your order ready for collection within 2 - 4 business days and will be in touch when your order is ready to collect.

Where is my order?

For UK delivery, we aim to have your order with you within 6 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the due date, please email hello@wolfandmoon.com and we would be happy to assist you.

 

For international delivery, delivery times may vary. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of the due date for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world, please email hello@wolfandmoon.com.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not left our workshop, we are able to amend your shipping address. Please email hello@wolfandmoon.com and we can assist.

 

Unfortunately, once your order has left our workshop we are not able to amend your shipping address

Can I request a gift receipt or gift wrapping?

Yes, we do offer gift receipts. You can select this at checkout and leave your message.

 

Please note, all pierced earrings or components cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

 

All our jewellery is sent in Wolf & Moon jewellery boxes or pouches which are perfect for gifting. We don't currently offer any additional gift wrapping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We use Royal Mail to deliver to countries around the world from just £9.95. Delivery times are approximate and depend on local delivery services.

Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges?

EU customers should not need to pay additional customs charges and/or import VAT on delivery, for orders under €150 excluding shipping. For orders over €150, additional charges such as customs duties & VAT may be payable on delivery.
 
Additional charges will depend on the country your order has been sent to. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Wolf & Moon cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into a country.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange your item up to 28 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. If you are looking to return or exchange a set, the set must be returned to us in full.

 

Pierced earrings or hoops cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Headpieces/bags with non-standard options or engraving cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

 

Post your item together with your completed returns form to:

We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your item arrives safely. Please keep hold of your tracking number.

 

If you are an international customer, please make sure any custom forms are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ to ensure no additional custom fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred by Wolf & Moon, you will be charged. It may also delay the refund process.

 

You will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method used or we will be in touch to organise your exchange.

Can I exchange a present I've received?

As long as you have a gift receipt or proof of purchase then we can exchange your item.

I no longer have my returns form?

That's OK! Just make sure you include a note with your name, address, order number and state whether you are returning or exchanging your item.

Help! I have received a faulty item.

If an item you receive is faulty, please email hello@wolfandmoon.com to let us know and we would be happy to assist.

 

Please include a photo as it helpful for us to see what has happened.

Do you offer a repairs service?

Yes, we offer a repairs service on Wolf & Moon jewellery only. Please email hello@wolfandmoon.com along with a photo and we can advise.

 

Please note, this service will be paused in November & December and will resume in January 2025.

 

There may be a charge for this service and once resumed, takes around 3 weeks from arrival. We also advise to not attempt to repair at home as we may not be able to repair again should you need it in the future.

 

My order has been returned to your studio.

If your order has been returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address or a re-delivery or collection wasn't arranged, we would be happy to re-send your order once this arrives back with us.

 

We will require the postage cost to send this to you again, please email hello@wolfandmoon.com and we would be happy to arrange.

 

If you no longer wish to receive your order, we will issue a full refund minus the postage cost once this has arrived back with us.

 

Please note, return to senders are not sent via priority mail and may take up to 8 weeks to be returned to us.
